Thank you so much for supporting my art. I’m a one-person studio, and every order is prepared with care and intention. Please read the following before placing your order.

U.S. Orders (Domestic)

All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped from my studio in Oregon. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3–6 business days via USPS. Please note that transit times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, seasonal volume, or destination.

Prints larger than 13×19 inches and all canvas prints are produced and shipped directly from the print shop in Arizona. These items may require additional processing and shipping time, and delivery can take approximately 1 to 3 weeks within the United States.

Processing times vary depending on the item, but most orders are prepared within a few business days.

Due to the delicate and custom nature of each piece, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If you need to cancel your order, please email monacreativestudio@icloud.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations within this window will incur a 50% restocking fee.
After 48 hours, orders (including pre-orders) cannot be canceled.

International Orders

I gladly offer international shipping to most countries, including Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and others.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping Method

International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International.

These delivery ranges are normal for USPS First-Class Package International and may vary based on seasonal volume, weather conditions, customs processing, and the destination country.

Customs, VAT & Import Fees

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid in your country to release the package.

If a package is held by customs, the buyer must pay the required fees to receive it.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, an incorrect address, or refusal, I offer two options:

  1. Reship the package, with the buyer paying the actual international shipping cost again; or

  2. Issue a refund, minus the original shipping cost and a $50 USD handling and restocking fee.

General Notes

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. I am not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so I can assist you.
