Using a photograph as the starting point then add organic or imaginative motifs with mixed media to create an expressive composition. The resulting portraits are, weaving in elements of emotion, fantasy, and nature. Sometimes I start layering the work on watercolor paper, then scan it to complete it digitally.
Portraits are printed in custom size on high-quality fine art paper on my studio. Framing and matting are optional.
A high-resolution photo is required. Facial features should be evident in the photo. Please send me your reference photo or we can photoshoot your subject at no extra cost.
